Here is what I created this week!

I used the adorable Nurse Sophie Digi for my card. I fell in love with her the moment I saw her! She's so cute!! So I wanted to keep my card looking clean and simple and I was going for the all tone on tone with the white so that Sophie's scrubs would pop of color. I colored her in using the new to me, Chameleon Color Tone Markers. It was my first time using them and I will say there is a huge learning curve to use these properly. I have a lot to learn yet! They are fun though, I will say that. I think she turned out okay for using these for the first time. So my layers were using white cardstock and cut using Lawn Fawn's Large stitched rectangle stackables. I cut out the larger frame (5.5 x 4.25) and then embossed it using the Boho Chic embossing folder by SU #138286. Sophie was cut out using the smaller rectangle stitched frame (4.5 x 3.25)and I adhered her panel to the embossed panel using foam tape for dimension, but before doing so, I cut up a white tea lace doily by SU #129399 in half and adhered that down to the embossed layer first. The "thinking about you" sentiment is a die by Lawn Fawn called, "Thinking about you Border die" and the "feel better" was a handmade sentiment that I put together using Lawn Fawn's Claire's ABC's alphabet set. I stamped that out using Momento tuxedo black ink but after I had stamped it, I thought that I didn't like the look of it. Oh well! And so to finish up my card, I used some wink of stella clear glitter brush over Sophie's scrubs, bows and nurse hat. I also decided that I wanted her scrubs to have some bling so I added some rhinestones to her scrubs, bows and hat. Some sequins finish it off. I hope you like her!
